Winner of CSR People Prize in 2021

The CSR People Prize is an annual award given to companies that go above and beyond in demonstrating social responsibility. It recognizes businesses that make significant efforts to integrate social inclusion and support for vulnerable groups into their operations.

In 2021, BM Silo was awarded this prestigious prize, and the jury made the following statement:

"BM Silo is a company has demonstrated that recruiting employees from the fringes of the labor market is no obstacle to running a successful business. For instance, all technical design trainees at BM Silo are adult apprentices undergoing rehabilitation, many of whom face physical or mental challenges and have a history of long-term illness.

The company also takes significant responsibility for training new blacksmiths, with several of its apprentices being young individuals facing academic, social, or psychological difficulties. Through mentoring, on-the-job training, and homework assistance provided by BM Silo employees, these young people successfully complete their apprenticeships with excellent results."
